You said, we did
You said “Can we reduce the number of chairs outside the nurses room to reduce risk of overhearing consultations”
We did – There are now less chairs to the left of reception and an increased number on the right.
You said “Waiting times on the phone are too long”
We did – A new telephone system has been installed with a call back function when hold times are increasing. Meaning we will call you back when its your turn in the queue!
We have also increased the number of people taking calls throughout the practice to reduce call waiting times.
You said “The wait times to see a GP were too long”
We did – We recruited two locum GP’s to the practice adding 4 clinical sessions a week.
We have also increased the number of nurses, advanced practitioners and pharmacists, to enable you to speak to the right person more quicky.
If you have any feedback for us, please complete a friends and family test form at reception or on our website.
You can also complete a named feedback form via the website or email moulton.k83009@nhs.net
