Being overweight can also impact on some peoples self confidence and lead to low mood or anxiety.
There is no ‘quick fix’ but our team can help you to think through the options available to help you lose weight. A number of schemes are available locally to assist you loose weight safely if you meet certain criteria, many of these are free of charge or available with only little cost.
