For students at the University of Northampton only, the University has its own dedicated counselling and mental health team. Appointments can be made directly via Student Services and you do not need a referral from a GP. Further information can be found here.

Appointments

	On the day	Emergency appointments are for patients who have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait for a routine appointment.
	Within 48 hours	For patients who need to be seen soon but do not require an emergency appointment, we offer appointments within a 48 hour period.
	Routine	For patients who need an appointment for a non-urgent problem.
	Video call	For patients who require an appointment to see a GP without the waiting room. The Livi App makes it easier to get the help you need. Patients will see an NHS trained GP by video from a convenient place, at a time that suits you. Find out more about booking an online GP appointment.
