- Contact your GP to discuss a referral for Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health services for adults or self-referral via the Integrated Response Hub 0800 4480828.
- Contact the Wellbeing Navigator Service for an informal discussion in relation to your wellbeing needs, by calling 01604 658963 or emailing the following address: well-being.primarycare@nhs.net . The team can advise you of the appropriate service which may meet your needs.
- Self-refer to Changing Minds IAPT by calling: 0300 999 1616. This service provides therapeutic support for people aged 17½ years and over and is often delivered in your GP surgery.
- If you are in Sixth Form or attend college, pastoral care and on site counsellors may also be available to you.
- Crisis Cafés are available county-wide for out-of-hours mental health support every day in MIND venues; up-to-date information regarding times and contact details is available at www.nhft.nhs.uk/crisis-cafe
