We offer new and existing diabetic patients a comprehensive package of support to help them manage their diabetes effectively and to reduce the risk of diabetic complications. We work closely with the specialist diabetic team at the local hospital where needed.
Two of our practice nurses, Lesley Tanton & Elaine Titchiner have specialist skills and training in diabetes. Lesley and Elaine undertake most of the diabetic reviews with input from our doctors where needed.
