Opening Times

Our Waterside Campus Health Centre is open from 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are closed for lunch from 1.00-1.30pm.

If you require medical advice or assistance outside of these times please contact our Moulton Surgery site.

At our Moulton Surgery site we also offer appointments on a Thursday evening and on Saturday mornings between 8am-11.15am. Our Saturday clinic is generally for pre-booked appointments although some appointments are reserved for on the day emergencies.

Our Thursday evening and Saturday morning appointments are for commuters or those with work commitments who are unable to attend an appointment during normal office hours.

Appointments

	On the day	Emergency appointments are for patients who have an urgent medical problem that cannot wait for a routine appointment.
	Within 48 hours	For patients who need to be seen soon but do not require an emergency appointment, we offer appointments within a 48 hour period.
	Routine	For patients who need an appointment for a non-urgent problem.
	Video call	For patients who require an appointment to see a GP without the waiting room. The Livi App makes it easier to get the help you need. Patients will see an NHS trained GP by video from a convenient place, at a time that suits you. Find out more about booking an online GP appointment.
